Product Delivery

Product delivery is immediate and electronic. The deliverable consists purely of an activation code which is sent to the e-mail address of the purchaser (i.e., yourself) immediately upon completion of the transaction. You then forward this to the customer, who is responsible for downloading the software.

Processing/Shipping Fees

There are no processing or shipping fees.

Reseller Discounts

After you've sold your first LINQPad Enterprise License, you're eligible for a 10% discount on future sales of licenses that are $1000 or greater in value. There is no reseller discount for licenses below $1000 in value.

Upgrades

If your customer already owns a paid version of LINQPad and wishes to upgrade, enter their existing activation code(s) into the box provided. You will then receive a price/quotation for the upgrade. (You will need to ask your customer for their existing activation code or codes.)

Sales Tax

No sales tax is applicable unless you are an Australian resident, in which case local sales tax is included in the price.

Payments and Refunds

We only accept online credit card payments (VISA or Mastercard, and in most countries, Amex). Please use the online form above to complete the purchase, or if you have a quotation, click the link provided on the quotation. The purchasing system is fully automated, so you do not need to e-mail a purchase order. You will receive your license immediately after payment. Please do not e-mail or fax credit card details.

All transactions have a 30-day money-back guarantee and can be refunded fully upon request.

License Term

Your customer will receive a license for LINQPad 8, which will be updated free of charge until November 2025. After November 2025, the license will become eligible for renewal. If the license is not renewed, the product will continue to work, but the customer will not receive updates.

Downgrade Rights

The license is also valid for all past versions of LINQPad, including LINQPad 7 and LINQPad 5 (for .NET Framework 4.6/4.7/4.8).

Technical Support

You are not expected to provide support; the customer should use the LINQPad support page for licensing queries and technical questions.

LINQPad supports Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
